Outrage in S/Africa Over 'Naked' School Choir Performance

A "naked" choir performance by a group of South African schoolgirls has led to calls for an investigation by the country's education minister.

Angie Motshekga said she was "extremely disappointed" after seeing footage of the Xhosa girls performing wearing only a small apron, known as an "inkciyo".

A glamorous Russian TV presenter was shot dead by her estranged husband in front of her nine-year-old son as part of a bitter custody row, according to police. Zhanna Veber, 29, was reportedly shot at close range by Anatoly Leontikov, 36, with a supposedly “non-lethal” pneumatic weapon, according to police.

Leontikov then fled with with his son after the young boy watched as his mother was shot.

The popular television personality in the Krasnodar region of southern Russian died on the way to hospital.
