This is very unfortunate! According to reports gathered, two newly born babies were found after being dumped apparently by their mothers in Kebbi state. One of the babies was found very close to the JNI Office in Birnin Kebbi while the other was dumped in Bawada area of Gulumbe district in the same Kebbi state. The report said at the time this babies were found, one of the babies that was rapped in a polythene bag could not make it (dead) but the other baby was rescued alive.
