Down in the lower reaches of Spanish football, it would appear that there is something of a contest raging between all the competing sides to produce the most horrendous kit possible.
We’ve seen teams use their new strips to pay homage to octopuses, beer, ham and even broccoli in the recent past, but fourth-tier side CD Palencia may well have just taken top prize with their latest, ever so slightly gory effort.


As you can no doubt see, Palencia’s new strip features a full-scale depiction of the human muscle structure.

The kit isn’t a one-off special edition either. They will be wearing it in competitive games, beginning with their upcoming playoff fixtures.
We’re not entirely sure if it’s brilliantly quirky or absolutely horrendous.
