Mother Filed A Lawsuit Against Her Son In A Bid To Get Money

Lil Romeo is pissed at his mother after she sued him for fraud.

Reports say Sonya Miller has filed a lawsuit against her son's company all in a bid to get money from his father and her ex-husband, Master P.

Romeo's record company, No Limit Forever, was started in the '90s by Master P and Sonya and now, Sonya is fighting for a cut of profits from the company.

In her lawsuit, Sonya Miller claims her ex, Master P is using Lil Romeo's company to hide millions for fear of divorce settlement in court.

In her lawsuit, she claims her ex is using Romeo's similar company to hide millions as they battle in court over spousal support in their divorce filing.

However, Romeo insists that his own 'No Limit Records' company is more of his deal and less about his father and all the money in its bank account is his.

Sources close to the young actor tell TMZ that Romeo is upset his mother sued him, and is putting him in the middle of her divorce with his dad ... but he has a paper trail to prove her wrong in court, when and if it becomes necessary.
