Mary J’s ex-hubby/manager filed the demand on the basis that he’s unemployed and the money is only fair for him to maintain the kind of lifestyle he’s used to.

As her manager, Martin knows MJ’s music career hauls in millions of dollar plus he said she earned not less than $1.5 to $5.1 million over the last 2 years and is currently on tour with an upcoming album.

The case is still in court while bets are on whether a Judge will rule in favour of Martin considering he claimed that the prenup is void since it was signed in the absence of his lawyer.
