How domestic staff of 40 years allegedly steals N91m from former first lady Turai Yaradua's

Police in Katsina State has confirmed the arrest of one Mr. Yusuf Sarkin Gida, a house helper of former Nigerian first lady Turai Yaradua wife of late President Umaru Musa Yar’adua for allegedly stealing 91 million naira from her, this was reported by Daily Trust.


The Commissioner of police Usman Abdullahi in the state, who disclosed this development to newsmen yesterday, said they have receive formal complaint  two weeks ago before his arrest.

"We are investigating, actually it will surprise you to know that the man has been serving the family for over 40 years" Abdullahi said.

According to report, the suspect is like a member of the family all keys and property of Hajiya Turai Yar’adua is under his care.
