Kim pulled out all the stops to get her body back following the birth of her second child, about 70lbs weight loss and undergoing a non-surgical tummy tuck.


She showcase the results on a family day at the beach with her three-year-old daughter North and eight-month-old son Saint in Punta Mita, Mexico.

The 35-year-old reality star worn a fantastic looked as she got back into her bikini, flaunting her slim beauty body and her curvy figure in a nude string two-piece by Acacia.

Like mother like daughter; North dress in a bikini in the same style as her mother's with the same label Acacia, and was seen holding Kim's hand and building sandcastles on the beach.
